Broadheath's Halloween House to open its doors for charity
10:14am Wednesday 30th October 2013 in News
BROADHEATH’S most spooky house is to open its doors to the public once again this Halloween.
Ian Bird and his family decorate their house for charity every year, and do so with such enthusiasm that hundreds of people visit from across the borough and beyond.
This year money raised from visits to 35 Princess Street will be donated to Manor High School, in Sale.
Previous incarnations of the Halloween house have included a grave yard in the back garden and a full size coffin in the living room and Ian promises this year’s effort will be even scarier.
“I’d like to thank Atlantic Timber and J Davidson’s who have supplied materials,” added Ian.
