TWO men have been charged after a robbery outside a Sale Moor bank.
At around 3.50pm on August 16, two balaclava-clad men approached a man going into the bank with a money bag and held a knife to his throat.
The men stole the money, got into a Honda Accord and drove off.
Moments later police were called to a traffic collision on Northenden Road, Sale Moor, where two cars – a silver BMW 318 and a red Honda Accord – had collided and two men were seen running away from the Honda.
Kevin Mould, 21, of Bob Massey Close, Openshaw, and Lloyd Anthony Harrop, 25, of Hyde Road, Denton, were both charged with robbery.
They appeared before Trafford Magistrates Court on August 19 and were remanded in custody.
