Customer increase for Sale butcher

A SALE Moor butcher says more customers have been heading to his shop in the wake of the horse meat scandal.
Butcher Frank Taylor has seen trade increase by 20 per cent at his Northenden Road shop - with freshly made burgers sales up 30 per cent.
Frank - a member of the Guild of Q Butchers -said: "We want to assure our customers that we know the farmer, and pride ourselves on knowing each step of the process."
