Help to keep Bridgewater Canal clean and tidy

LITTER pickers are needed to help tidy up a Trafford canal path which is the frequent victim of fly tipping.
The Friends of Bridgewater Canal will be holding their first canal litter pick of the year on March 9 to help maintain the areas appearance.
Those who would like to help are asked to wear sturdy shoes and to bring gardening type gloves.
The group will be meeting at Waterside Plaza at 10am.
