Trafford firms get the chance to bid for funding

BUSINESSES across Trafford can apply for a share of £350million of Government support to help create jobs and grow their business.
The fourth round of the Regional Growth Fund will be open until March 20.
It is a competitive process and local companies will be competing against others.
The fund intends to support the highest quality, ‘shovel-ready’ projects which can start by the end of 2013.
The first three rounds are expected to deliver more than £13 billion of private sector investment and create or safeguard over 500,000 jobs across the country.
