TRAFFORD’S members of the UK Youth Parliament, Natasha Whitham and Nick Brown, will find themselves walking the corridors of power on Friday (November 23).

Natasha and Nick will join more than 300 youth parliament delegates from across the country to take part in a national debate in the House of Commons.

The main aim of the event, chaired by the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Rt Hon John Bercow MP, is to decide the youth parliament’s 2013 priority campaign.

The five issues to be debated include making public transport cheaper, better and accessible for all and an equal national minimum wage for all.

Elected as Trafford's representatives in January, 15-year-old Natasha attends Ashton on Mersey School and 13-year-old Nick attends Sale High School.
