Sale police return stolen bike to grateful owner
10:32am Tuesday 30th October 2012 in News By Kate Banks, Reporter
IT’S a job well done for Sale Neighbourhood Police Team (NPT) who returned a stolen bike to its grateful owner and arrested a man on suspicion of theft last week.
The push bike was stolen from outside a shop on Manor Avenue on October 5 at around 8pm and PCSO Carlos Paulo began conducting CCTV enquiries at the store.
PCSO Paulo was aware of the offender’s description from the CCTV footage and was on duty when the shop supervisor recognised the thief when he entered the shop again on October 24.
He was able to follow the offender, who was riding the bicycle, to his home and radio for an officer, PC Lorraine Leiser-Ball, to come and meet him at the address.
PC Leiser-Ball arrested the offender, who admitted to stealing the bike, which was then recovered from his back garden.
Sale NPT Insp Laura Burgess commended both PC and PCSO for their excellent police work.

For me though it doesn't justify the huge amounts of money **** away paying these useless plastic policemen to waddle their obese arses around Sale.

You aren't giving advice, you're stating the bloody obvious. It's not interesting or informative, it's boring.
You're the kind of person who sat by the bar can empty a pub as people choose to move on rather than get pulled into one of your monologues.
