ALTRINCHAM Grammar School for Boys, Marlborough Road, Bowdon, is holding a centenary film evening, on November 6, at 7.30pm.
The event will feature footage taken by former pupil and English teacher Ronald Gow. The film footage was used in his many films – the early ones were educational and featured pupils from AGSB as extras.
Ronald Gow went on to become a celebrated playwright and is possibly most famous for his stage adaptation of the classic novel, Love On The Dole.
