School's centenary film night

ALTRINCHAM Grammar School for Boys, Marlborough Road, Bowdon, is holding a Centenary Film Evening on November 6 at 7.30pm.
The event will feature footage taken by former pupil and English teacher Ronald Gow. The film footage was used in his many films - the early ones were educational and featured pupils from AGSB as extras.
Ronald Gow went on to become a celebrated playwright and is possibly most famous for his stage adaptation of the classic novel, Love On The Dole.
