Update: Woman named after car crash fatality

A WOMAN who died in a road traffic collision at Junction 6 of the M60 has been named.
Muriel Owen, 76, of Bamber Avenue in Sale was driving her Ford Fiesta on the M60 when she collided with a Peugeot 307 near Sale Water Park shortly before 12.30pm on Wednesday May 21.
She was unconscious and was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital.
She later died from her injuries.
The driver of the second car suffered minor injuries.
