Dakota Johnson has poked fun at her tiff with her mother at the Oscars over watching Fifty Shades Of Grey.
In a TV interview Dakota appeared put out when her mum, Melanie Griffith, said she didn’t think she would ever watch her daughter’s starring role in the bondage movie as it would be “strange”.
Dakota, 25, is guest hosting Saturday Night Live at the weekend and joined comedian Taran Killam to shoot a teaser trailer, in which they both do their best stroppy teen impressions to urge Melanie: “Mom, please watch it!”
Dakota and Taran also spoof the movie, with various Shades Of Grey jokes, before also sending up Dakota’s father, Miami Vice star Don Johnson, by recreating the credits to the hit 80s cop show.
Dakota will host SNL live from New York on Saturday, along with musical guests Alabama Shakes.
