Snoop Dogg has apologised to Iggy Azalea for insulting her - and she has accepted, calling an end to their online feud.

Rapper Snoop sparked the row by saying the Australian singer looked like a man when she wasn't wearing make-up.

But the 42-year-old has now posted a video on his social media accounts saying sorry and calling a truce with the 24-year-old.

In the video, Snoop said: "It's officially over. No more bad talk. I apologise. I apologise, I'm sorry. I won't do it again."

Iggy replied on Twitter: "I appreciate the apology @snoopdogg."

She added: "Let that be that people, time to focus on the positive things I've got going on. no time to dwell on the negative."

After Snoop's original insult the pair's fans leapt into the row, and Snoop continued to post a string of obscene insults online aimed at Iggy.

He posted an obscenity-strewn video apparently aimed at the Black Widow singer, which outraged other Twitter users with its insinuated threats of violence against women.

Iggy's boyfriend, basketball player Nick Young, brushed off Snoop's insults, branding them a midlife crisis.

He tweeted: "Ain't nobody worried about no SnoopLion .. This dude Just goin thru a midlife crisis. You go get convertible yet."
