Wirral rockers tune-up for anniversary gig

WIRRAL rock and rollers The Jalapenos mark their 15th anniversary with a gig at the Swinging Arm in Birkenhead next month.
The current line-up of Charlie Davidson, Doctor Martyn and Diamond Dave started playing shows together mid-June 1997.
In the past year they have played alongside ex-Housemartins and Beautiful South frontman Paul Heaton.
They have also performed at the Royal Welsh Show in Builth Wells and the official Llangollen Eisteddfod.
Their anniversary show takes place at The Swinging Arm in Church Street on June 15. It starts at 9pm and admission is free.
