THE Manchester music scene is brimming with young talent if Stretford five-piece The Underclass are anything to go by. The Underclass, ever energetic onstage and inspired by Manchester powerhouses such as The Smiths, The Charlatans and The Stone Roses, are made up of Rick Parker, 22, on vocals, Rob Goodwin, 23, lead guitar and vocals, Joe Birney, 18, bass, Eddie Horton, 26, rhythm guitar and Grant Cuddy, 24, drums.
