It was a hat trick of gold awards for Countrywide at this year’s Negotiator awards.
Countrywide group which include leading local agents Entwistle Green and Beresford Adams swept the board at the award ceremony held on the 11th November at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London.
There was stiff competition at the event hosted by TV magician and comedian Paul Zenon which saw Countrywide winning gold in three of the top categories including: · National Estate Agency chain of the year.
· National Letting Agency of the year · Best Land and New Homes Agent.
It is a second year in a row for Land and New Homes Countrywide having won the award for best Land and New Homes Agent at last year’s event.
Grenville Turner, Countrywide Chief Executive said; “This year has been challenging for the property industry. Winning these awards is down to all the hard work being done in the branches and support teams up and down the country and the excellent customer service our staff continue to provide to customers. “ Clare Bettelley, editor of The Negotiator, says: “We’ve had a staggering response to this year’s event, and the quality of the entries has once again been outstanding. The winners of this year’s 16 categories clearly demonstrated to our esteemed panel of judge’s immense professionalism, financial stability and adaptability to the current market downturn – the key attributes that The Negotiator Awards ceremony has been established to celebrate and reward.”
