| The end is nigh | | 3:19pm Tuesday 13th May 2008 | | OH dear how quickly the time has sped by, alas though not my ability to run super fast (which is something I can't do before you ask). |
| Week four | | 11:22am Thursday 1st May 2008 | | WE have managed to turn a corner. Or 10! The boyfriend and I ran the full race distance last Saturday and we couldn't be prouder if we had run a marathon! |
| Weeks two and three | | 3:38pm Wednesday 23rd April 2008 | | WHEN I said I had a feeling my life might be ruled some what by the internet training site www.walkjogrun.net I wasn't kidding. It is starting to control mine and the boyfriend's lives! |
| Week one | | 11:08am Thursday 10th April 2008 | | WHEN I embarked upon Ask Hannah, the column for which I complete various daunting tasks while being filmed, to the glee of some and the subsequent mortification of myself, I expected a few challenges, but not in the shape of a 10km run. |
