Scouts to play Last Post at Trafford war memorials
SCOUTS in Trafford are planning to play the Last Post today at all of the borough's war memorials.
As part of the First World War commemorations, the 3rd Dayyhulme (Lostock) Scout and Guide Band, will play at the various memorials this afternoon and evening.
The locations and times are dependent on a number of factors but it is hoped to play outside Sale Town Hall at 6.30pm and at the nearby St Paul's Church.
Before heading to Alrincham before 7pm and then to Urmston afterwards.
Other locations include Stretford and Old Trafford.
