ALAN TAYLOR Beryl and Erica wish to thank all family and friends who helped us during our tragic loss, including the Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses, In House Hospice, Marie Curie Nurses, Ward H2 Salford Royal Hospital, Crossroads, St Sheila, Dr Bazley and his receptionist without who we couldnt have got through the last few years, Lloyds Chemist staff and all Carers both past and present. We cannot name everyone, but you all know you have our heartfelt thanks. Finally, thanks to Ann Blyth and Tony for your respect and care for Alan and your support to us.
