PATRICIA BROCKLEBANK (formerly of Sale) Aged 83, died peacefully on Wednesday 15th March 2017 at the Westbourne Care Home in Holmes Chapel. Loving wife of almost 60 years to John, mum to Neil and Catherine (Katie) and mother in law to Carol. Much loved grandma to Laura, Amy, Emily and Alexandra. Special thanks to all the staff at The Westbourne for all the care and love given to Pat over the last 4½ years. Funeral service to be held at Vale Royal Crematorium, Davenham on Tuesday 28th March at 11.30am. No flowers please and any donations, if desired, can be sent via Catherine, to the Stroke Association.
