JOAN SCHOFIELD Passed away suddenly in hospital in Chelmsford on 31st December, 2015 aged 76 years. Joan, formerly of Clifton Avenue Altrincham, loving wife of the late Jack, a devoted Mum, Sister, Nana and Mother in Law who will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Requiem Mass at St Vincents Church, Altrincham on Thursday 28th January at 12.15 p.m prior to Interment at Dunham Lawn Cemetery. All flowers welcome.
