CHRISTOPHER CHARLES NEWTON-SMITH Well-known by hundreds of local educational authorities as a principal of Top Class Designs and Peppertree, Chris Newton-Smith, a long-time resident of Timperley, will have a final farewell at Altrincham Crematorium on Tuesday 14th July at 2 pm. His great love of the sea found him teaching scuba diving for several years in and around Liverpool and Greater Manchester as well as sailing a small boat from Portsmouth, England to Lossiemouth, Scotland by circumnavigating the Mediterranean in the late 80's. His family ask that those wishing to do so, make donations to the R.N.L.I Royal National Lifeboat Institution, which may be sent with all enquiries to Kenneth Dewey & Sons (Funeral Directors) 2 Grove Lane, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire.
