BARBARA JOAN SLACK Passed away in hospital on Monday 16th March 2015, aged 78 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Walter, much loved mum of Linda and Lorraine, grandma of Darren, Peter and Kris and mother-in-law of Kevin. Joan will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service and Committal will take place at Manchester Crematorium on Tuesday 31st March at 11:20am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Alzheimer's Society.
