JOAN EVELYN CHAPMAN Much loved Mum and Grandma who is now reunited with her devoted Husband Ged. Joan passed away after a short illness on 25 July 2014 aged 84 years. Fondly remembered and sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 5 August at St Mark's Church, Dunham Massey at 10.15am followed by a short service of committal at Altrincham Crematorium at 11am. Family flowers only.
